Susan – I am so glad you enjoyed our collection of modern architecture! I’m sure you noticed that we have some big changes going on downtown. We are spending $80 million on new projects including a new senior center, new retail, new performance space, another new hotel and a new green housing complex. It’s a bit of a renaissance we’ve not seen since the 1970’s. Come back in a year or so and see all the new additions.
